A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), he brings more than three decades of professional experience in taxation, financial advisory, regulatory compliance and corporate matters. He is the Founder & Principal of Mowla Mohammad & Co. Chartered Accountants, established in 1999, and has extensive experience in Income Tax and VAT practice, including representation of tax matters before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. With his distinguished professional standing, deep regulatory insight and extensive experience in taxation, finance and corporate affairs, Mr. Mowla provides strategic leadership and high-level professional guidance to RizSync, supporting its governance, financial integrity, regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth.
